Personal Assistant/Secretary

Job Description

• Managing daily schedules for CEO • Answering phone call and replying email instead of CEO, organizing internal and external meetings, taking minutes. • Arranging complex and detailed travel plans including local and oversea trips. • Communicate on behalf of CEO with both external and internal stakeholders/organizations, and follow up and supported as needed. • Handle confidential things ensuring they remain secure. • Assisting with procurement for CEO in Local shops and from online shops such as Amazon Alibaba, etc. • Checking bank accounts and preparing expense reports for CEO. • Work with project teams and developer teams to help test the apps, websites, etc.

Job Requirement
